Orders

The Emm Cosmetics products displayed on the Site are available for sale in Australia only. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Australian dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia.

All items are usually despatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. If Emm Cosmetics has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit card until the date your order is ready to be sent.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment Methods

Emm Cosmetics places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use have employed a 128bit SSL Certificate to safeguard your data. All the data that you send through, including your credit/debit card number and name and address, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore in the extremely unlikely event that the data should be intercepted, it would be encrypted and difficult to decipher.

We accept visacard and mastercard. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Refund Policy

We guarantee our products, in the unlikely event you are not happy with the performance of your products, however this does not include a change of mind of your product or colour choice. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund providing not more than 50% of the product has been used. Customer is responsible for freight costs both ways.
